  • Beyhan İnşaat — Impel led a full digital deployment: a website and a digital strategy deck focused on increasing leads and establishing the desired digital presence, plus operational support, including recruiting help that led to a new hire.

  • Taşar Murat Avukatlık Ortaklığı — Impel automated key parts of their existing software processes and introduced a performance-based pay structure that led to increased operational efficiency, then built out their full digital presence — a website and Google Business Profile — that has led to over 300 leads, with a 10 percent conversion rate (over five times the industry standard).

Impel Strategy is founded by Çınar Doğan, a management student at Sabancı University, built around one belief: growing businesses deserve strategy that doesn't stop at the deck.
